Our services aim to drive positive change and create lasting impact in various industries globally.DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKSThe external service provider will perform the following typical tasks and responsibilities:System Development & Design: Designs and develops systems, prototypes solutions, and translates user and business requirements into functional designs.Technical Leadership: Leads development teams, sets software development standards, and estimates effort and development timelines.System Optimization: Optimizes software from performance, security, and quality perspectives while collecting and interpreting software metrics.Problem Solving: Proposes technical solutions to address business needs and complex technical problems.Documentation: Produces comprehensive technical documentation and documents all development activities.Lifecycle Support: Contributes to requirements analysis, system testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment processes.Operations & Support: Manages software configurations and releases while acting as 2nd and 3rd line support.Quality Control: Tests solutions and develops dedicated testing tools.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSThe candidate should possess the following knowledge and skills:Lifecycle Experience: Has gone through the complete lifecycle of a software solution at least once.Domain Expertise: Demonstrates expert-level capability in developing enterprise software systems within the specified technology domain.Design Proficiency: Proficient in UML application design as well as designing the data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer.Methodology: Practical experience working within Scrum agile development frameworks.Team Leadership: Capable of leading technical development teams.Documentation & Problem Solving: Holds the ability to document technical solutions effectively and presents strong problem-solving skills.SPECIFIC EXPERTISE (Mandatory)Proven experience developing and supporting enterprise web applications on .NET (Core / 8) with C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server, as well as React/TypeScript single-page applications, including build and deployment through Azure DevOps Pipelines.Hands-on experience with deployment and operation of applications on Windows/IIS and containerized or virtualized platforms (Nutanix / OpenShift), background-job frameworks (such as Hangfire), ASP.NET Core Data Protection, certificate management, Checkmarx security scanning, and penetration-test remediation.Experience integrating applications with SAML 2.0 / Entra ID, PDF and image-processing libraries, and document-management interfaces, alongside experience taking over external contractor codebases (code review, technical-debt management, 3rd-line support).Experience supporting production systems in a large organizational context (release management via Change Advisory Boards, UAT support, incident analysis) and readiness to collaborate alongside 3rd-party development contractors during 3rd-level support periods.REQUIRED CERTIFICATESAt least one (1) certification from the following (or an internationally recognized equivalent accepted by the Contracting Authority) is mandatory:An Advanced level certificate in the software development technology domain.
