About Runnr.aiRunnr.ai is the AI platform for hospitality. We help hotels, holiday parks, hostels, and other accommodations talk to their guests across every channel they already use: WhatsApp, SMS, email, and the OTA inboxes (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb). Our AI answers guest questions, drives upsells, and plugs into the systems hotels rely on, like MEWS and other PMSs.We are a small, fast-moving team turning a guest communication tool into a complete guest management platform. If you want to shape an AI product in a real industry and see your work reach guests and hoteliers quickly, this is a good place to do it.The roleWe are looking for a Product Manager to own features from end to end: shaping what we build, preparing the work for engineering, launching it well, and driving adoption once it ships. This is a hybrid product and product-marketing role. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering and marketing, and you will be as comfortable writing a crisp user story for a developer as you are writing the announcement that tells customers why a feature matters. We offer you real ownership. You will run features end to end and see the impact quickly. You will have the chance to shape an AI product in an industry that is only starting to adopt it.ResponsibilitiesOwn the backlog. Prioritize day-to-day work, turn ideas into build-ready user stories and acceptance criteria, and talk to customers to shape the roadmap.Know the product. Get hands-on with our AI features so you can help shape them and explain them simply to a non-technical audience.Take features to market. Develop the story and terminology for each release, own the go-to-market plan and the brief for our agency, and coordinate supporting content like How-to videos and support articles (with external help where it makes sense).Communicate launches. Keep the company aligned internally, and share updates with customers and partners through the right channels: Slack, Canny, and announcement emails or newsletters in HubSpot.Drive adoption. Maintain a customer / feature adoption matrix and a continuous strategy to grow usage beyond launch. Team up with customer success on rollout and run customer betas that connect the product team to real customer feedback.Work across the company. Partner with founders, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and support to get features into customers' hands.CompetenciesMust have2 to 4 years of experience in a product role, ideally at another startup.Experience working on a product with a meaningful visual component to its user experience: you understand how look and feel shape the way people use a product.Proven prioritization skills: you can decide what matters most when everything feels urgent.Affinity with data and LLM models: you are comfortable reasoning about AI-driven products and want to understand what is happening under the hood.Strong written communication: much of this role is writing clearly for very different audiences (developers, customers, marketers).Nice to haveExperience creating content such as short videos, screen recordings, or support articles.B2B SaaS or hospitality-tech experience.Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter attitude that fits an early-stage startup.
