In this role, you will manage firewalls (Fortinet/Cisco/Palo Alto), SAN (Cisco MDS), DWDM optical systems, and core network components, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with SLA parameters. What You’ll Do: • Monitor and manage network, security, SAN, and DWDM infrastructure • Respond to incidents (A+/A/B/C) and lead troubleshooting and recovery • Administer firewalls, WAF, email security, and IPS/IDS systems • Support SAN fabrics, FC zoning, and optical transport (ROADM, XPonder, OSNR/BER) • Perform patching, upgrades, and configuration hardening • Participate in network architecture, optimization, and capacity planning • Integrate monitoring tools (Zabbix/PRTG/SNMP/Syslog) • Maintain documentation (NetBox) and produce SLA reports • Deliver knowledge transfer to internal IT teams Information about the selection process* We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions.
