Joining us offers a unique chance to lead large-scale marketing automation initiatives that directly enhance how we connect with healthcare partners worldwide.The Opportunity:Provide expert guidance and strategic direction on defining and managing scope, strategies, and best practices for complex marketing automation initiativesLead the analysis of cross-boundary delivery problems, define strategic technical solutions, and drive consensus through persuasive communication and facilitationIdentify key senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries, build strong collaborative relationships, and execute comprehensive engagement plansDrive consistent impact across product lines by embedding Agile best practices, fostering innovation, and leading organizational change initiativesManage complex projects and services involving multiple dependencies, risks, and ambiguous delivery requirements across global domainsUtilize in-depth business knowledge and market trends to shape delivery strategies, improve processes, and innovate delivery methodologiesMentor and coach colleagues on problem-solving, scope management, and professional growth to support team developmentWho You Are:Proven track record operating in a Product Owner archetype with extensive experience managing large-scale programs (Required). Agile & Change Leadership: Experience in embedding Agile best practices and leading organizational change initiatives across product lines or domains (Required)Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with key senior stakeholders and cultivating collaboration across organizational boundaries (Required)Technical & Business Acumen: In-depth business and technical knowledge, understanding of Salesforce Life Science Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, and Data to solve cross-boundary problems and shape strategies working closely with direction from Head of RDT Omnichannel (Required)Soft Skills & Leadership: Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, coaching, and mentoring capabilities to drive consensus and guide team members (Required)What You Get:Base salary range: 228,900.00 - 425,100.00 PLN gross per year (~19,075.00 - 35,425.00 PLN gross per month) based on an employment contract (UoP). Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
