No clean API surface, no separation of concerns, no realistic path to modern tooling. Their customers know it and are stuck with it.THE ROLEYou would own a product area end to end alongside the Head of Product. In a team this size that means you set the scope, decide what is in and what is out, run the cycle, ship it and move on.The domain knowledge exists around you rather than inside you. There are internal experts, external advisors, launch customers already engaged and a practising clinician in the office twice a week.
