In this role you will act as a Scrum Master within an Agile Release Train. You will play a critical role in the digital continuity of the worlds leading helicopter manufacturer. Your challenges - Guide and facilitate all extended Scrum and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning daily stand-ups iteration reviews and retrospectives) for a Data Analytics squad of 10 people. - Ensure the agile framework is strictly followed to optimize team velocity secure sprint commitments and deliver high-quality SAP BI products. - Protect the agile squad from external distractions and actively remove architectural or organizational impediments hindering daily progress. - Collaborate closely with the Product Manager Product Owners and Domain Leaders to refine prioritize and maintain a healthy product backlog. - Monitor and report squad performance velocity metrics and risks to management during weekly run mode general interfaces. Your profile - Min. 5 years of professional experience in Agile Leadership Coaching or Scrum Master roles. - Technical expertise in extended Scrum frameworks Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and agile governance. - Hands-on experience working with Agile project management tools (such as Jira or Agility) to track PI delivery dependencies and metrics. - Background or strong functional knowledge within Data Analytics domains and SAP BI product environments. - Advanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g. PSM SASM SSM) are highly desirable.
