A glimpse into your role:Reporting to the Product Manager, you will own Global Blue’s Customs Integration Platform, ensuring seamless integrations with customs authorities and external partners worldwide.You will drive product features end to end — from idea and requirements to implementation and launch — while continuously enhancing existing capabilities and identifying new opportunities based on market and business insights.Working within a dedicated SCRUM team, you will define priorities, set timelines, and represent the business perspective to ensure successful, high-quality delivery. With a strong mix of business and technical understanding, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Business Units, and Commercial teams to turn strategy into execution.Every action has an impact. You will make a difference here if:You define product requirements based on inputs from the Commercial/Business Unit and Technology strategy.You own, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog.You translate business features into detailed user stories and define clear technical requirements.You gather the voice of the customer and drive product improvement decisions based on market and customer needs, in close collaboration with commercial and technical counterparts.You define the Product Roadmap, including the go-to-market approach, in alignment with the Product Manager.You promote the product internally and externally to customers and partners.You manage product KPIs and continuously optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) across development and operations.Reporting and collaborationYou manage requirement dependencies with other teams, negotiating and reprioritizing when necessary.You support the SCRUM team during sprints by providing business perspective and enabling informed decision-making.You work closely with the Product Manager, Commercial/Business Units, and Technology teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful product delivery.Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if:You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or have equivalent relevant work experience.You bring at least 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.You have solid knowledge of requirements engineering standards (user stories, use cases, UML, etc.).You demonstrate strong ability to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs that support product enhancement and development.You have broad knowledge of infrastructure and application technologies, including (but not limited to) SOA, web services, microservices, and application development.Preferable skills and competenciesStrategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindsetStrong customer orientation with a passion for improving processes, products, and user experienceProven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into structured documentation and conceptual designsAbility to quickly learn new systems, applications, and processesExcellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong collaboration skills with the ability to drive consensus across teamsComfortable working independently and as part of a teamStrong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesPositive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to operate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment and mobilize cross-functional teamsExperience with Atlassian products.Knowledge of Splunk.Location:Be currently located in Slovakia or Hungary.Be legally authorized to work in Slovakia or Hungary.Together, we go furtherGreat work happens when talented people come together in an inspiring, collaborative, and supportive environment.
