We know that people thrive when they can be themselves, are trusted and supported, and are given the opportunity to grow and make a meaningful contribution.Are you ready to unlock your full potential?Job PurposeThe Junior Product Manager plays a key role in driving the growth of the Recordati Rare Diseases portfolio in Poland by supporting marketing strategy, executing promotional initiatives, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of marketing strategies for the assigned Rare Diseases portfolio in PolandDevelop and implement marketing plans aligned with global strategy and local market needsAnalyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to identify business opportunitiesCoordinate promotional campaigns and create engaging marketing materials, including digital solutionsBuild and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other healthcare stakeholdersDeliver product training and marketing support to the Field ForceManage promotional budgets and support forecasting and sales planning activitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and other business partners to drive product successRequired EducationUniversity degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, or a related scientific fieldPostgraduate education in Marketing or a business-related field would be an advantageRequired Skills And ExperienceMinimum 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industryExperience in sales, marketing, or business development of specialty pharmaceutical productsExperience in specialty care and/or hospital products is requiredExperience in Rare Diseases is considered a strong advantageProven track record of success within pharmaceutical companiesTechnical CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and sales principlesPresentation and training delivery skillsBudget and project management capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeRequired Behaviours And CompetenciesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProactive, self-motivated, and results-orientedAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesAdaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environmentStrong organizational skills and a collaborative mindsetRequired LanguagesVery good English (written and spoken)Fluent Polish (written and spoken) Travel required in %up to 50% (depending on business needs)At Recordati we believe in people!
