We equip Fortune 500 enterprises, governments, and banks with breach intelligence and fraud prevention — trusted worldwide since 2015. Our two platforms work together to close the loop between detection and defense: BreachShield catches stolen credentials and compromised data at the moment of theft, well before it surfaces on dark markets, while FraudShield uses that intelligence to stop fraud in real time across banking and payment channels. We're a lean, high-velocity team punching well above our weight against much larger competitors, and we're looking for someone to help us move even faster. The RoleWe're looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO — a versatile, technically capable operator who becomes the CEO's right hand across a startup that's scaling fast on multiple fronts at once: enterprise sales cycles in new markets, product delivery, team growth, and high-stakes client engagements. This is not a narrow PA or project-coordinator role. One week you might be running a tender submission end to end, the next building a small internal AI tool, the next sitting in on a client consulting engagement (travel may be required). You'll need to move comfortably between the strategic and the tactical, and between technical and commercial conversations — because that's exactly what the job demands. What you'll doAct as the CEO's right hand across strategic, operational, and day-to-day prioritiesManage cross-functional coordination across sales, operations, and product/engineering — chasing action items and keeping fast-moving initiatives on trackRun point on RFP submissions for CIS and international markets (document assembly, translation coordination, deadline management)HANDS ON: Build and maintain internal tools and lightweight AI applications to streamline team workflowsSupport and sometimes manage remote, distributed teams across time zonesJoin client meetings and consulting engagements as a technical/operational counterpart (occasional travel)Own the CEO's calendar, priorities, and inbox triage — protecting focus time and making judgment calls on what needs attention now vs. laterPrepare board materials, KPI tracking, and investor-facing updatesSupport hiring: screening, interview coordination, onboardingHandle confidential and sensitive documentation with discretionTake on ad hoc research: competitive intelligence, market entry analysis, vendor due diligenceWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years of experience, with prior consulting experience required (management consulting, Big 4, or similar)Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written) — non-negotiable, essential for our CIS/MEA client baseTechnical background required — comfortable around software, data, or engineering concepts; able to build or direct the build of simple internal tools (including AI-powered ones)Strong project management instincts — able to run multiple threads at once without dropping ballsSharp, resourceful, and calm under pressure; comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-scaling environmentExcellent judgment and discretion — you'll be close to sensitive commercial and strategic informationGenuinely curious and well-rounded — we're looking for someone smart with real interests outside work, not just a résuméWillingness to travel occasionally for client engagementsExperience in Banking / Financial industry is a major plusMust be a resident of the Netherlands with an existing, relevant work permit (we're unable to sponsor visas for this role)LogisticsLocation: Amsterdam — 3 days/week in office required, flexible on the remaining daysCompensation: €60,000–€90,000 gross annual base, plus long-term incentive (LTI) componentStart date: As soon as possible, targeting September 1, 2026Sourced from LinkedIn.
