This position networks closely with CTCT internal product/project teams, as well as Caterpillar and Trimble product teams, to provide high-quality products to the earthmoving, and paving industries.Key Exciting ResponsibilitiesResponsible for participating in risk identification process with the wider product/project teamCustomer identification, logistics, kit ordering, product training, feedback, issue resolution and documentation.Working with Cat and Trimble to identify appropriate customers for validation.Creating test plans regarding external customer machines and sitesFirst point of contact for identification and management of product issues from external customer sitesManagement of Trimble, Caterpillar and CTCT databases used in tracking product issuesProcess efficiency projects related to risk-based testingEssential Skills & ExperienceRelevant Qualification or Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of machine control technical experienceFluent English.Experience with CAN/J1939, Ethernet, Cat ET and wireless communicationsExcellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with a global team, dealers and customersMachine control expertise involving Global Navigation Satellite System technology or lasersProblem-solving and time management skillsPrevious testing and validation experience with grade control productsSelf-starter with a demonstrated passion for the businessTop Candidates Will Also HaveExperience in the field of surveyingExperience with GNSS, machine control and guidance system design or validationMechanical and electrical aptitude as well as manual dexterity to work well in bench test and machine test environmentsData processing computer skillsWhy You'll Love Working With UsAt Trimble, we're not just a company that "does good"—we are a team dedicated to making a tangible, positive Real-World Impact.
