Quality Assurance Investigator | Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (3 months tmporary assignment)The OpportunityFor an international pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, we are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Investigator for a temporary assignment. You will play a key role in safeguarding compliant pharmaceutical production, leading robust investigations and helping Operations continuously improve its quality processes.Your ImpactWrite clear, accurate and thorough deviation reports.Monitor production processes and identify deviations from established procedures.Lead and document investigations into deviations and complaints, including root cause analysis and CAPAs.Translate production deviations, audit observations and continuous improvement initiatives into practical improvement proposals.Provide subject-matter and technical support on quality issues, compliance investigations and improvement projects.Review SOPs, validation and production protocols, batch manufacturing records and related documentation.Help maintain company quality standards and ensure compliance with GMP instructions and protocols.Advise on occupational health and safety, product safety and environmental matters where relevant.What You BringA Master’s degree or equivalent academic level, preferably in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.Strong knowledge of aseptic pharmaceutical processes.Hands-on pharmaceutical industry experience in a production environment.Sound knowledge of production control and quality assurance systems.Professional fluency in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills.Strong writing and reporting skills, including the ability to produce high-quality deviation documentation.Strong analytical, advisory, planning and organisational skills.The ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment.A collaborative, results-oriented and quality-driven approach, with the ability to influence others and share knowledge.Applicants must have a permanent working visa for the Netherlands and live within a one-hour commute.Sourced from LinkedIn.
