Product Manager – Convego Service Market & Transit WalletLocation: Spain (Madrid)Work model: Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote)We're looking for a Product Manager – Convego Service Market & Transit Wallet to join our Product organization and play a key role in the evolution of our commercial smart issuance solution portfolio.In this role, you'll act as the bridge between customers, commercial teams, and engineering, helping translate business needs into product solutions while supporting the successful delivery and adoption of our products. You'll collaborate with international teams and work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Engineering to drive product improvements and deliver value to customers.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business, technology, and customer engagement in a collaborative, international environment.What You'll Be DoingContribute to the definition and execution of the product roadmap for Convego Service Market and Transit Wallet.Own the product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization through launch and ongoing evolution.Act as the link between customers, commercial teams, and engineering, translating business requirements into product improvements. Support Sales teams with customer presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and business cases.Support customer meetings, workshops, product demonstrations, and technical discussions alongside commercial teams.Gather customer and market feedback and translate it into roadmap priorities.Define product positioning, value proposition, pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies.Prioritize the product backlog and coordinate delivery across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Customer Service teams.Act as Product Owner during major customer incidents and escalations, coordinating resolution and follow-up actions.Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, customer satisfaction, and business performance.Support initiatives that drive product adoption and portfolio growth.What We're Looking ForExperienceExperience in Product Management or similar customer-facing product roles.Background in Product Management, Customer Product Management, Client Services, Technical Product Sales, or similar roles.Experience working with B2B software products, ideally within fintech, payments, SaaS, or API-based environments.Understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap prioritization.Experience working with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.Experience supporting commercial activities such as customer presentations, workshops, or RFPs is an advantage.Experience working with international teams is a plus.Technical KnowledgeGood understanding of web technologies, APIs, and SaaS products.Ability to communicate comfortably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of .NET environments is a plus.Experience with digital card issuance, wallets, or transit solutions is a plus.Soft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Customer-oriented mindset.Commercial awareness and business acumen.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working across multiple teams and functions.Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.Fluent English required.Spanish is highly desirable; Catalan is a plus.About the TeamYou'll join a globally distributed Product organization, working alongside colleagues in Spain and India.
