You will design, build and operate production-ready AI solutions, combining software engineering, data, cloud and MLOps practices to deliver reliable, scalable and secure systems.🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀What are we looking for?🧠 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and production AI systems, with solid software engineering practices and a strong understanding of how to build reliable, secure and maintainable solutions.🤖 Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs, covering model deployment, lifecycle management, automation, monitoring and evaluation in production environments.📊 Strong data engineering foundations, working with large-scale datasets using SQL and technologies such as Apache Spark, Trino or Databricks.🔎 Experience with modern LLM architectures and tools, ideally including RAG, vector databases and LLM-based applications running in production.☁️ Cloud engineering experience, preferably with AWS, designing and operating scalable, reliable and efficient infrastructure for data, ML and AI workloads.⚙️ Strong engineering and MLOps practices, including testing, CI/CD, observability and monitoring, as well as evaluating AI quality, performance and safety risks such as hallucinations, bias and model drift.🤝 Pragmatic and collaborative mindset, able to work iteratively, communicate technical decisions effectively and adapt to evolving requirements, while keeping solutions focused on real user needs.
