In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects that enhance public services and improve societal outcomes. Your primary focus will be on managing complex technical designs, ensuring high-quality code and architecture, and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will lead a team of Software Engineers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
