is looking for a:Product Manager – In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)About the Position:We are looking for a highly motivated and scientifically driven Product Manager to join our Product Management team and support the strategic growth of Sentinel Group's diagnostic portfolio.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing products across multiple diagnostic areas, including:Clinical Chemistry & ImmunochemistryFecal Immunochemical Testing (FIT)Molecular DiagnosticsChromatographyLateral Flow Rapid TestsActing as the bridge between the market and the organization, the Product Manager will work closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Sales and Marketing teams to identify market opportunities, drive innovation, support product development, and ensure successful product positioning and commercialization worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Product Lifecycle Management:Manage assigned products throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept and development to launch, growth, and phase-outDefine and execute product strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market needsMonitor product performance and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and expansionDevelop and maintain product roadmaps and business plansMarket Intelligence & Strategic Planning:Analyze market trends, customer needs, healthcare dynamics, and competitive activities to identify business opportunitiesEvaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on the diagnostic marketSupport strategic decision-making through market research and business intelligence activitiesContribute to the definition of product positioning, differentiation strategies, and value propositionsNew Product Development:Gather and translate customer, clinical, and commercial needs into product requirements and design inputsLead Product Management activities within cross-functional product development projectsCollaborate with R&D teams to ensure that new products address unmet market needs and customer expectationsSupport product verification, validation, performance evaluation, and market readiness activitiesScientific and Clinical Support:Develop scientific content to support product development, launches, training, and commercial activitiesOrganize and coordinate product evaluations, and scientific collaborationsSupport the preparation of scientific publications, posters, abstracts, white papers, and congress presentationsAnalyze scientific literature and translate clinical evidence into product value and customer benefitsProduct Launch & Commercial Excellence:Collaborate with Marketing and Communication teams to define and execute product launch strategiesProvide scientific and marketing support to sales teams, distributors, and business partnersDevelop product presentations, training programs, marketing materials, and competitive analysesDeliver product training to internal and external stakeholdersKOL and Scientific Network Management:Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, laboratories, academic institutions, and scientific partnersCoordinate product evaluations, clinical studies, advisory boards, and collaborative research activities to support product development and market adoptionRepresent the company within the scientific and diagnostic communityCustomer Communication & Post-Market Activities:Create and maintain end-user documentation, including product guides, application notes, and technical documentationDraft and distribute technical communications and product updates to customers and distributorsCollaborate with Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams on post-market surveillance activitiesReview customer feedback, complaints, and field performance data to identify improvement opportunitiesIndustry Representation:Represent the company at national and international congresses, trade shows, workshops, and scientific meetingsConduct customer visits and support interactions with strategic partners and distributors worldwideRequirements:Master's Degree or equivalent in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or a related Life Science disciplineMinimum 3 years of experience in Product Management within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or Medical Device industryStrong understanding of the diagnostic market and laboratory workflowsExperience supporting product development and product launch activitiesAbility to interpret scientific literature and clinical dataExcellent analytical, organizational, and project management skillsStrong communication and presentation capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsFluent written and spoken EnglishAvailability for international travelWhat We
