You’ll build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, improve reliability and help engineering teams adopt modern DevOps practices.There’s a substantial technical backlog and plenty of opportunity to influence how DevOps is done as the company scales.What you’ll be doing:Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across FPGA, embedded and software projectsAutomate build, testing and deployment workflowsImprove infrastructure reliability, scalability and monitoringWork with Podman, Ansible, Terraform, GCP, libvirt and QEMU/KVMImplement secure DevOps practicesSupport governance, compliance and change-control requirementsPartner with engineering teams to improve development and delivery processesHelp teams adopt DevOps practices and continuous improvementContribute to backlog management and help shape ways of workingWhat we’re looking for:3+ years’ experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering or a similar roleStrong experience with CI/CD, build automation and deploymentHands-on experience with containers such as Podman, Docker or similarExperience with Terraform and/or AnsibleCloud experience, ideally GCPStrong Linux and scripting skillsUnderstanding of security, compliance and governance within DevOpsStrong communication and collaboration skillsA proactive, hands-on approach to solving technical problemsIt would be a bonus if you have:Experience with libvirt, QEMU or KVMExposure to FPGA or embedded development environmentsExperience driving DevOps adoption across engineering teamsExperience in semiconductors, hardware, scientific instrumentation or other deep-tech environmentsExperience working in a high-growth startup or scaleup.
