Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingLeading the Wealth & Trading product, defining the strategy, roadmap, and user experience across trading platforms, investment products, and wealth management featuresShaping product vision and strategy, balancing business objectives, customer needs, and UX excellenceCollaborating closely with Design and Engineering teams to deliver elegant, intuitive, and scalable solutionsDeveloping and mentoring product team members to achieve strategic goalsOwning end-to-end product roadmaps and prioritisation in a fast-paced, data-driven environmentLeveraging AI and automation to enhance trading decisions, portfolio management, and user interactionsWhat You'll Need7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, trading, or wealth management3+ years of experience managing multiple product squads or teams in large, complex product-led organisationsExpertise in UX-driven product development, particularly for customer-facing platforms with high complexityA proven ability to define and drive product strategy, influence stakeholders, and communicate vision across leadership and teamsHigh analytical skills and business sense to guide prioritisation based on ROI, impact, and customer valueA bias toward action, and to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to drive initiatives from conception to launchExperience delivering sophisticated products under ambiguous conditions in a fast-moving environmentNice to haveExperience in trading, investment platforms, or equity research, with a track record of translating complex financial concepts into intuitive productsBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
