Building upon our Heartbeat AI Platform, our mission is to identify, shape, and deliver scalable service products – such as smart monitoring, maintenance, and further lifecycle solutions – in every market we operate in, offering #NewEnergy to our customers.Your Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAccelerate the energy transition: You will be at the forefront of the energy transition and play an important role in shaping pioneering service products and digital solutions for international marketsDrive key service initiatives: You will support the end-to-end product lifecycle—from market research and concept validation to scaling our global service portfolio (including proactive monitoring, maintenance, and warranty)Optimize and automate processes: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial) to translate operational feedback into scalable product solutions and re-think existing process structuresAnalyze and refine: Leverage customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends.
