This is a highly visible, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading solution design, and taking ownership of architecture from initial discovery through successful delivery. This position will have a particular focus on ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR), ITOM, CMDB, integrations, and enterprise platform architecture. Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required.What You'll DoAs a Solution / Technical Architect at CoreX, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers while providing architectural leadership to our delivery teams.You will:Own the solution and technical architecture for complex ServiceNow implementations.Lead customer-facing discovery sessions, technical workshops, architecture discussions, and solution-design sessions.Translate customer requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.Architect and implement solutions utilizing ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and related Security Operations capabilities.Design vulnerability management processes covering vulnerability ingestion, prioritization, remediation, exception management, assignment, and reporting.Architect integrations between ServiceNow and vulnerability/security platforms such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, and similar technologies.Establish effective relationships between vulnerability data, assets, CMDB Configuration Items (CIs), business services, and infrastructure.Partner with customer security and infrastructure teams to improve vulnerability visibility and remediation processes.Provide architectural leadership across ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITSM, ITAM, Vulnerability Response, and other ServiceNow capabilities.Design integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other ServiceNow integration technologies.Establish architecture standards and ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, CSDM, security requirements, and platform governance.Review technical designs and provide guidance to Developers, Technical Consultants, and other members of the delivery team.Identify technical risks and dependencies early and develop solutions before they impact delivery.Support complex troubleshooting and technical problem-solving throughout implementation.Present technical solutions and recommendations to both technical and executive stakeholders.Conduct customer meetings and workshops in Spanish and English.What We're Looking ForStrong experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including enterprise implementations.Previous experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Technical Consultant, or Principal Consultant.Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).Understanding of enterprise vulnerability management, including:Vulnerability ingestionVulnerability prioritizationRemediation workflowsException managementVulnerability-to-CI correlationSecurity reporting and dashboardsExperience integrating ServiceNow with vulnerability/security platforms such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar solutions.Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Configuration Item relationships.Experience designing complex enterprise integrations.Strong ServiceNow technical foundation across:JavaScriptBusiness RulesScript IncludesFlow DesignerIntegrationHubREST/SOAP APIsMID ServersACLs and platform securityAbility to independently lead technical workshops and architecture conversations with customers.Ability to move comfortably between high-level solution architecture and detailed technical design.Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills.Professional fluency in Spanish and English is required.Nice to HaveServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)Relevant Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certificationsServiceNow Security Operations / Vulnerability Response certifications or implementation experienceCertified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)Previous experience working for a ServiceNow consulting partnerExperience delivering large-scale, multi-module ServiceNow transformationsBroader experience across ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, SecOps, CMDB, Discovery, and Service MappingSourced from LinkedIn.
