Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Mendix Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade low-code applications using the Mendix platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable web and mobile applications, integrating enterprise systems, and delivering end-to-end digital transformation solutions in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy applications using Mendix Studio Pro.Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable low-code solutions.Build responsive web and mobile applications leveraging Mendix best practices.Develop and maintain:MicroflowsNanoflowsDomain ModelsBusiness RulesWorkflowsIntegrate Mendix applications with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Azure Services, databases, and third-party applications.Develop and consume REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and OData services.Implement application security, role-based access control, governance, and compliance standards.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure application stability.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams.Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.Support application enhancements, production deployments, release management, and post-production activities.Required Skills & ExperienceMendix ExpertiseMinimum 4+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience.Strong experience with Mendix Studio Pro and low-code application development.Experience delivering at least one full lifecycle Mendix implementation project.Functional & Technical SkillsStrong understanding of:Microflows and NanoflowsDomain ModelingData ModelingWorkflowsUser Management & SecurityResponsive UI DevelopmentExperience with integration technologies:REST APIsSOAP Web ServicesODataJSON/XMLDatabase ConnectivityGood understanding of application architecture and performance optimization techniques.Development MethodologiesExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Knowledge of Git, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes.Preferred QualificationsMendix Intermediate or Advanced Certification.Experience integrating Mendix with:SAP S/4HANASAP BTPSalesforceMicrosoft Power PlatformAzure ServicesExperience with Java-based customization and Mendix Java Actions.Knowledge of cloud-native deployments, containerization, and modern deployment architectures.Educational QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.Mendix Certification is highly preferred.Experience5-8 years of overall IT experience.4+ years of dedicated Mendix development experience.Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale low-code solutions.Nice to HaveExperience in Digital Transformation and Process Automation initiatives.Domain exposure to:ManufacturingPharmaceuticalsRetailConsumer GoodsSupply ChainUnderstanding of Low-Code Governance frameworks and Enterprise Architecture principles.
