You will work closely with experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience in design, manufacturing, quality, and process development while contributing your analytical skills and hands-on mindset.How You’ll Make An ImpactCAD modeling and design optimization of components for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM)Support of FEA, thermal, and fluid simulations for component developmentPreparation of 3D print jobs and build configurations using specialized AM softwareManufacturing cost assessment and coordination with internal workshops and external suppliersQuality inspection and documentation of manufactured components and post-processing activitiesProject documentation, reporting, and engineering support, including process improvement initiativesWhat You BringCurrent enrollment in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering disciplineInitial experience in Additive Manufacturing, CAD, or Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM)Basic knowledge of simulation, FEM, data analysis, and manufacturing processesUnderstanding of manufacturing technologies, cost assessment, and quality assuranceStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, technical documentation, and project coordinationFluency in English, with German language skills as an advantage About The TeamOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
