If you enjoy combining creativity with rigorous analysis in a fast-moving environment, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact in Berlin.Job SummaryAs a Lifecycle Marketing in Digital Consumer Banking (Chase), you will plan, execute, and optimize customer lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS to improve engagement, retention, and long-term customer value. You will work with us to analyze funnel performance, test and learn through experimentation, and strengthen how we communicate with customers across their end-to-end journey. You will help bring structure and clarity to campaign planning, measurement, and governance while keeping the customer experience at the center of your decisions. This role reports to the Head of Growth and Product Marketing.Job ResponsibilitiesSet lifecycle strategy and lead research, journey planning, campaign implementation, and ongoing optimizationAnalyze campaign, journey, and funnel performance to identify incremental growth opportunitiesAlign campaigns to the wider customer relationship management architecture, ensuring clear briefs, documentation, and pre-launch governance approvalsDefine the vision and roadmap for customer journeys, balancing near-term conversion opportunities with long-term strategic initiativesReport channel performance and key performance indicators for individual campaigns and overall outcomesPartner cross-functionally with marketing technology, product marketing, product, content, brand, data, and governance teams to improve the end-to-end experienceUse your lifecycle marketing expertise and digital channel knowledge to continuously improve customer communications and experienceDrive a structured test-and-learn approach, using experimentation to validate impact and inform prioritizationRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsDemonstrated experience leading lifecycle marketing and customer relationship management strategies to improve retention and customer lifetime value in business-to-consumer environmentsProven ability to own business goals and revenue targets and influence senior stakeholders in cross-functional, matrixed teamsStrong project and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate across product, content, creative, data, and governance partnersExperience working with high-volume customer data and diagnosing whether personalization issues are caused by marketing automation or underlying data pipelinesExperience managing end-to-end campaigns, including customer segmentation and experimentation (including incrementality testing)Hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms (for example MoEngage, Braze, Salesforce, or Adobe Experience) and analytics tools (for example Structured Query Language and Tableau)Experience working in a mobile app-based business environmentPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsStrong communication skills in German and EnglishExperience in banking or financial technology (fintech)#ICBCareerAbout UsJ.P.
