We are looking for an AI-Native Growth & Operations Lead to build and run the AI-native growth and operating engine for a high-potential venture in the French market.In this role, you will design how the venture reaches, converts, and retains consumers while building a lean, heavily automated business from day one. You will work directly alongside the venture’s General Manager in a fast-paced build-operate-transfer environment, using AI, technology, and automation to achieve maximum growth with a minimal back-office footprint.MissionDesign and build the AI-native growth and operating engine of the challenger unit. You will leverage AI, automation, and technology to fundamentally rethink how the business drives demand, acquires and retains consumers, and operates efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the Growth Engine End-to-End: Lead consumer acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and demand generation built AI-native from day one.Design & Test AI Growth Experiments: Co-design and rapidly test AI-enabled growth approaches with the General Manager, converting successful tests into scalable, automated growth models.Build Loyalty, Subscription & CRM Systems: Rapidly design, iterate, and deploy consumer retention mechanisms, loyalty programs, and CRM infrastructure together with the tech team.Set Up Data & Tooling Stack: Implement customer data platforms, analytics dashboards, and custom AI agents independently of legacy corporate IT infrastructure.Design Lean Operations: Determine which back-office functions (finance, reporting, HR) are automated, outsourced, or supported centrally to keep operations lean.Drive Rapid Tool Iteration: Maintain an operating model that evolves faster than traditional corporate cycles, adopting new AI capabilities as they emerge while identifying where human judgment remains critical.Document for Scale: Document models, processes, and playbooks to enable smooth capability transfer and serve as a benchmark for future ventures.Skills & QualificationsProven Consumer Growth Experience: Track record of driving demand, consumer acquisition, and retention in DTC, subscription, e-commerce, or regulated scale-up environments.Hands-On AI & Tech Capability: Demonstrated ability to build growth and operating tools yourself, designing workflows AI-native from day one with tangible examples of what you have built.Data & Experimentation Mindset: Strong skills in rapid testing, data analysis, and scaling what works based on measurable business impact.Operational Design & Autonomy: Strong ability to evaluate build vs. buy vs. outsource decisions and design lean, automated workflows.Ownership & Ambiguity: High sense of ownership, comfortable working at speed within a small, dynamic project team.Languages: Fluent English; French is a strong plus.Location: Remote-friendly with regular presence in Paris.What We Are Not Looking ForPure strategy or consulting backgrounds without hands-on execution and building experience.Purely technical AI/automation profiles lacking consumer growth experience.Profiles focused solely on theoretical AI pilots or tool rollouts without driving measurable business growth.Hiring ProcessScreening Phone Call: Initial introductory conversation with the Recruiter.Hiring Manager Interview: Discussion focusing on your growth experience and hands-on AI capabilities.Case & Live Demo: A 90-day plan featuring an AI-native consumer growth model and a live demonstration of tools or workflows you have built.Bootcamp & Tandem Final Round: A 1-day session with your potential team and venture stakeholders to showcase your skills and experience our working style.Why Join Creative Dock?We are proud of our informal atmosphere.
