📍 Netherlands | Hybrid – approx. 2 days on-site per week💼 Full-time | Deta-vast📅 Preferred start: 1 December 2026We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Administrator / DDI Specialist to join a large-scale infrastructure modernisation programme within a complex and highly secure environment.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hands-on expertise in Infoblox and DDI services (DNS, DHCP & IPAM) who enjoys taking ownership of critical network infrastructure while acting as a technical point of contact for the wider team.The RoleYou will be responsible for maintaining the stability, security and integrity of enterprise DDI services across a unique and distributed network environment.Key responsibilities include:Managing and optimising Infoblox Grid architecture, including Grid Masters and Multi-Grid ManagersManaging enterprise DNS, DHCP and IPAM servicesMaintaining the integrity of IP addressing and numbering plansIdentifying and resolving IP conflicts and unexpected network changesConfiguring and managing network discovery and loggingMaintaining separation between management and service trafficImplementing appropriate encryption, authentication and authorisationSupporting security technologies including TSIG, ACLs and IAM integrationTroubleshooting complex network and DDI issuesSupporting both IPv4 and IPv6 environmentsActing as a technical point of contact and mentoring junior and medior engineersWhat We're Looking For5–7+ years' relevant experience within network administration or engineeringStrong hands-on experience with InfobloxExcellent knowledge of DNS, DHCP and IPAMExperience with Infoblox Grid technologyStrong understanding of TCP/IP, IPv4 and IPv6Knowledge of network security, including TSIG, ACLs and IAMStrong troubleshooting and analytical capabilitiesExperience within complex or highly secure infrastructure environmentsExperience within air-gapped, defence or military environments is advantageousAbility to mentor and support less experienced network engineersFluent DutchDutch passport/citizenship due to screening requirementsThe OpportunityYou will be joining a technically challenging infrastructure programme where network availability, security and consistency are mission-critical.The position offers the opportunity to take significant technical ownership of the DDI environment while working with sophisticated Infoblox infrastructure and contributing to a wider infrastructure modernisation programme.If you're an experienced Network Administrator, DDI Engineer or Infoblox Specialist looking for your next opportunity in the Netherlands, please apply or get in touch for further information.
