Building upon our Heartbeat AI Platform, our mission is to develop energy tariff products across our core markets, take operational and commercial ownership of them, and shape new regulatory products end-to-end. You sit at the center of product, regulation, commercial, and operations, and turn a fast-moving energy market into customer value.Drive Your Own Initiatives: Take ownership of well-scoped topics within our energy tariff portfolio, from analysis to recommendation to implementation. You lead your own initiatives and are accountable for their outcomes.Contribute to Our Energy Tariff Products: Work on our dynamic electricity tariff products across core markets, driving product improvements, feature rollouts, and customer experience initiatives.Support Regulatory Product Launches: Contribute to the launch of new products driven by regulatory change (e.g. Direktvermarktung), helping translate regulatory requirements into concrete product decisions.Analyze & Improve Marktkommunikation Processes: Dive into our market communication workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive initiatives that make our energy retail engine faster and more reliable.Monitor Performance & Iterate: Leverage customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends.
