Together, we make better choices accessible for millions of people every day.Your new teamAs a Consultant Cybersecurity Human Risk & Awareness, you will join our Group Cybersecurity team within Technology.Technology is vital to Ahold Delhaize and its entire family of brands. As a global team, we support and accelerate tech transformation and IT optimization. You’ll work in a diverse, international environment with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Key focus areas of your roleIn this role, you will strengthen our organization’s human firewall by designing and delivering engaging cybersecurity awareness initiatives. You’ll collaborate globally and cross-functionally to embed security best practices into daily operations and employee behavior.Design and deliver security awareness programsDevelop and deliver training programs (e-learning, workshops, campaigns) to educate employees on cybersecurity threats and safe behaviors.Create impactful awareness contentProduce engaging materials such as campaigns, posters, emails, and intranet content to keep security top-of-mind across the organization.Assess and improve human risk postureSupport security assessments, measure awareness effectiveness, and help identify and mitigate human-related cybersecurity risks.Collaborate across teamsWork closely with HR, IT, Communications, Legal, and other departments globally to design and implement scalable awareness initiatives.What’s in it for you?Aside from what we ask of you in this role, we also have a great deal to offer you: plenty of growth opportunities and various cross-brand career options; flexible working hours; hybrid working – we encourage you to spend at least 3 days a week, on average, at the office or one of local warehouses (based on a 40-hour work week); and the chance to drive meaningful change on a global scale.
