A primary focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and reporting processes of companies being acquired, ensuring alignment and efficiency at the Group level.Join the Credit Management Team as a Project Manager, responsible for leading strategic projects aimed at improving, digitalizing, and automating Credit Management processes. The role will work closely with the Finance, Accounting, Sales, and IT teams to optimize credit management processes, reduce exposure risk, improve collections, and ensure greater operational efficiency.In particular, you will be responsible for:Manage transformation and continuous improvement projects within the Credit and Accounts Receivable area;Define project objectives, activity plans, milestones, KPIs, and project risks;Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of initiatives;Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes;Lead digitalization, automation, and process optimization initiatives;Analyze and redesign credit management and debt collection processes;Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvement solutions;Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and automated workflows;Standardize processes, procedures, and operating methods. What skills are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or a related field;3-5 years of experience in consulting firms, with involvement in transformation, process optimization, or digitalization projects within the Finance function;3-5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects as a Project Manager, PMO, or Consultant;Familiarity with Project Management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile);Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills;Knowledge of ERP systems, reporting tools, and automation solutions;Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities;Good command of the English language.Skills are important, but they are not enough.
