Because the team plays a central role across all of our commercial activity, and we want to deepen our product strategy and delivery capability, we would like to bring on board an experienced Product Manager. Within what we call the Value Stream BaTC you will focus on the part of our customer platform through which KYC and CDD is enabled. How you will make a differenceYou will help us to 'change finance to finance change', by shaping banking propositions that combine commercial performance, regulatory soundness and meaningful societal impact. Reporting to the Value Stream Lead, you will act as both Product Manager and Product Owner within a cross-functional product team.Your key responsibilities will include:Define and communicate a compelling product vision, aligned with Triodos' mission, impact ambitions, strategic objectives and regulatory requirementsTake end-to-end ownership from concept to launch, embedding products in business processes and ensuring value realisationManage and prioritize the product backlog, making data-driven trade-off decisions between business value, customer impact, risk and time-to-marketEnsure your team has access to the right multidisciplinary capabilities, coordinating dependencies beyond the core team when neededManage budgets and business cases, and track realised benefits against objectives after implementationDrive continuous improvement using customer feedback, performance data and market insightsBuild alignment across a complex stakeholder landscape, resolve conflicts, and work with marketing colleagues to support adoptionCoach junior product managers to support their growth and developmentWhat you will bringYour unique potential and your values matter for us most. We look for people who are self-aware and who think in a holistic way, always conscious about their impact on society, environment, and the economy.Furthermore, you will bring:A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, within financial servicesGood understanding of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes in a retail banking environment, and the ability to balance compliance objectives with customer experience and business value.An advanced degree or relevant certification in Scrum, Agile or product managementStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring diverse groups toward a shared outcomeAnalytical skills and a comfort with using data to inform product decisionsMarketing acumen — an understanding of how to position products and support their adoptionClear, supportive communication skills, able to translate strategy into direction your team can act onProfessional proficiency in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a strong plusYour future colleaguesYou will report directly to the Value Stream Lead for Being a Triodos Customer, or to a Senior Product Manager within the team.You will work closely with Change Analysts who refine business and information requirements, with Software Engineers and Testers who deliver product features, and with country teams to ensure successful implementation of products across our markets.
