Through strategic prototyping, we continuously unearth fresh ideas and cultivate a culture of constant innovation.Our Team:Main objective of our team is to develop, maintain, assist, and consistently improve Deutsche Telekom internal applications and services.Scope of responsibility:Development and maintenance of existing source code of applications, application components and functionalities in Java / .NET (backend) and Angular (frontend) frameworksSupport tools and systems for local employees in their day-to-day workDebug application code to find and fix issues and recover the original functionalityEnsure stability, usability, and efficiency of internal IT servicescollaboration with internal and external stakeholders and customers to analyze and fulfill their needs and align product roadmap to strategic goalsProblem solving and decision making What will you do? Develop new and maintain existing source code of applicationsWorks in SCRUM team on developing and building complex application solutions for customer DTAGServe as professional mentor for junior and medior developersListen to user requests, consult with internal /external customers, project managers,Analyze of customer’s requirements and propose overall application / framework design of midsize application architecture (incl. interfaces, relation database structure), provide complex business analysis to build application functionalityProvide project estimates, timeline like total number of development hours, total number of testing hours and bug fixing and report it to customer for budget planning in advanceImplement customer’s requirements based on specification in selected object-oriented programming language into functional and user-friendly applicationProvide testing of programmed functionality before deployment to avoid bugs and ensure quality of codeImplement security concept according to PSA policy in developed application to ensure accordance with DTAG standardsMentoringTake part on internal evaluation processesProduct responsibility from technology point of view.Negation with PO/PM about technology stacks used in project. Tech StackWe are searching for Fullstack developers with senior backend - .NET skills and some frontend - Angular skills.Additional preferred knowledge/experience (as an advantage): any testing tool/framework, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, Git, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google), DB. You will succeed if you: Have Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Information technologiesHave minimum 5 years of experience in the development of complex solutionsHave some experience within the field of application programming in object-oriented programming languages, experience with agile software development methodology (e.g., Scrum)Are advanced at Programming, HW/SW Overview, General IT OverviewHave good soft skills like Communication, Analytical thinking, Team CooperationSpeak English at least on B2 level Why should you choose us?
