🚀 Are you passionate about building AI solutions and distributed systems?We’re looking for an AI Agent & Full-Stack Engineer to design and build AI agents, RAG solutions, and cloud-native services. You’ll work across the development lifecycle—from agent orchestration and model integrations to backend services, user interfaces, and cloud deployment.What you’ll doDesign and build AI agents, agent loops, tools, and orchestration workflows.Develop RAG solutions using effective chunking strategies, metadata filtering, and controlled vocabularies.Implement prompt engineering, versioning, evaluation, and model reasoning frameworks.Build APIs and integrations following OpenAPI standards.Design event-driven backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB.Develop operational dashboards and user interfaces with React and TypeScript.Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS and Kubernetes.What we’re looking forAI and agent engineeringStrong Python skills, including asyncio and asynchronous programming.Experience with agent architectures, agent loops, tool design, and orchestration.Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation.Familiarity with OpenAI and/or Anthropic frameworks and best practices.Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and orchestration frameworks such as Strands.Backend and distributed systemsStrong experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot.Experience with MongoDB, including document modeling, transactions, and change streams.Experience with Kafka, including partitioning, consumer groups, dead-letter queues (DLQs), and delivery guarantees.Understanding of event-driven architectures and distributed systems patternsFrontend and cloudExperience with React and TypeScript.Familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS cloud services.Nice to haveExperience building enterprise AI platforms or agent-based applications.A strong understanding of consistency and reliability patterns in distributed systems.Interested in combining AI, full-stack development, and distributed architecture to build innovative solutions?
