We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to own our System Integration domain — covering connectivity and the data ingestion platform that forms the integration layer between Omada and the systems it connects to.In this role, you will work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure Omada’s connectivity layer is reliable, scalable, and ahead of customer needs. We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds — whether you have worked as a product owner, solution architect, or senior IGA implementation consultant, what matters most is deep hands-on experience in the identity space and the ability to make good product decisions.This position is open to candidates based in Copenhagen, Alicante, Warsaw or remotely from Europe.Your TeamYou will join Omada’s Product organization, reporting to the Director of Product Management. You will partner closely with the Engineering Manager for the System Integration team and collaborate with product owners, sales, and customer success across the organization.What you'll do:Own and prioritize the product backlog for the System Integration domain, including connectivity and the data ingestion platform.Write clear business requirements and user stories that give the engineering team everything they need to deliver the right outcome.Make trade-off decisions between new connector coverage, platform scalability, and hardening of existing integrations.Participate actively in sprint planning, refinement, and reviews — coming prepared with prioritized, well-defined backlog items and clear acceptance criteria.Engage with customers and customer-facing teams, including reviewing support tickets, to ensure customer issues are understood, prioritized, and reflected in the backlog.Communicate regularly with product leadership, sales, and customer success on roadmap status and priorities.Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate actively with other product owners to keep delivery aligned.Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate product discovery, requirements definition, and team workflows.Profile:Strong domain instincts — you understand how enterprise identity and access management works in practice, not just in theory.A structured, delivery-focused way of working. You keep backlogs tidy, decisions documented, and priorities clear.Comfortable with ambiguity — you can make decisions with incomplete information and revisit them when new information arrives.Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you build trust quickly with engineers, customers, and business stakeholders alike, and you can adapt your communication style to the audience.A credible partner to engineers and business stakeholders, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectivesCollaborative by nature, with the confidence to push back thoughtfully when needed.What you bring:Deep hands-on experience with IGA or IAM — you have worked with identity governance platforms in a meaningful capacity and understand enterprise integration in regulated environments.A background in one or more of the following: product ownership on a B2B SaaS platform, solution architecture for IGA or IAM systems, or senior IGA implementation consulting.Experience working in agile delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder communicationExperience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., copilots, LLMs) to accelerate product discovery, requirements definition, and delivery workflows.Identity governance concepts — access requests, identity lifecycle, role management, certifications, and SoD.Connector frameworks and integration standards, including REST, SOAP, SCIM, and enterprise systems such as Entra ID and SAP.Technical literacy sufficient to hold substantive conversations with engineers about API design, data ingestion pipelines, and integration trade-offs.Fluent English, both written and spoken.What we offer:A senior product ownership role with real influence over a strategically critical domain.Direct exposure to customers, the active sales pipeline, and Omada’s product leadership.Competitive salary and benefits — details shared by our Talent Acquisition team during the process.Support for your ongoing growth and development.Team-building activities and a great work environment.Why OmadaOur vision is simple and ambitious: to secure the world’s identities.
