We offer a flexible and remote work environment, personal and professional development opportunities, and a supportive team.What You'll DoAnalyse customer data structures, source systems, and integration requirements.Prepare and maintain mappings, validation rules, and data transformation logic.Configure and troubleshoot imports using technologies such as NiFi, Kafka, Flink, Oracle, Impala, Iceberg, and Elasticsearch.Work with data models, entity/link structures, search indexes, and customer-specific configuration.Support testing and UAT by preparing representative data, fixing import issues, and explaining technical behaviour.Cooperate with backend/frontend developers, architects, analysts, and product team members.Document technical decisions, deployment steps, mappings, and known limitations.Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.These skills are a plus:We are looking for someone with most (not all) of the following:Ability to understand non-trivial data models.Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, or analytical platforms.Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, Impala, Iceberg, Elasticsearch, or similar technologies.Familiarity with Kafka, NiFi, Flink, or other Apache data-processing technologies.Java or backend development experience is useful, but not the only focus of the role.Ability to troubleshoot across database, application, configuration, and infrastructure layers.Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and system integration principles.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, logs, and deployment troubleshooting is welcome.Ability to work independently in unclear customer/project situations.Experience from government, security, investigation, or enterprise integration projects is welcome.What do we offer?Work on meaningful projects that support national security, investigations, and intelligence workflows.Meet interesting customers mainly from Law Enforcement Units, Anti-terrorism groups, Investigation departments, and government security organizations.Travel opportunities up to 25–30% of your time, mainly for deployments, installations, workshops, and critical project phases.Feedback inside the team to improve.
