Location: Warsaw, Poland, Hybrid (3 days/week/office)Contract Type: B2B, 12 monthsRate: 140-150zł/hourWhat you’ll do:Build and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end features for client-facing portals.Develop reusable UI components using React.js, TypeScript and modern tooling.Turn approved designs into polished, consistent interfaces aligned with the design system.Integrate front-end applications with REST/GraphQL APIs and backend services.Improve performance, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.Contribute to code reviews, Agile ceremonies, automated testing and production support.What you bring:8–10+ years of software development experience, including 6+ years focused on React.js.Strong React.js and TypeScript skills, with experience building enterprise-scale applications.Solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management (Redux/Context API).Ability to interpret Figma designs and deliver accurate implementations.Experience with API integration, front-end testing and debugging.Basic knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.Exposure to containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines.Nice to know:Micro Frontend architecture (Module Federation).Basic SQL/database knowledge.Financial services or transfer agency experience.If you’re an experienced React developer with a strong eye for UI quality and usability, let’s connect.
