Candidates should not only have high fluency in book-level "best practices" and documentation but also be able to demonstrate concrete execution experience on larger-scale, enterprise projects. Candidates should be up-to-date with current web standards, performance optimization, security, and modern cloud/web patterns.Main ResponsibilitiesDrive solutions independently from problem identification to implementation.Evaluate and communicate technical trade-offs.Apply engineering best practices in real-world enterprise projects.Contribute to scalable, secure, and high-performing web solutions.Stay current with modern web standards and cloud/web technologies.Required skills10+ years of proven hands-on experience on large-scale enterprise projects.Ability to discuss technical trade-offs and decision-making processes.Experience working autonomously and taking ownership of solutions.Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.Knowledge of modern web standards, performance optimization, and web security.Familiarity with modern cloud and web architectures and patterns.Languages: Spanish (bilingual/native), English (C1).
