Join Caracol and be part of a diverse, talented team pushing the boundaries of additive manufacturing and shaping a more sustainable future!JOIN US ON THE JOURNEY TO BUILD BEYOND POSSIBLEWho we are looking for:As an Industrialization and Technical Office Engineer, you will join Caracol’s Technical Office, supporting the industrialization, technical definition and validation of our systems.You will work closely with mechanical, electrical, software, testing and production teams to translate engineering solutions into manufacturable and reliable technical configurations. Your activities will range from 2D and 3D technical documentation to component selection, machine compliance, testing and continuous improvement of industrialization processes.Few examples of responsibilities:Support the industrialization of Caracol systems, translating engineering designs into manufacturable and repeatable technical solutions.Develop and update 2D drawings, 3D models, layouts and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the product lifecycle.Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly instructions and technical documentation required for production, testing, installation and service activities.Support the preparation of documentation related to machine compliance and CE marking, including technical files, risk assessments, user and maintenance manuals and component declarations.Participate in testing and validation activities, supporting troubleshooting, issue resolution and implementation of corrective actions.Support the selection and technical evaluation of components and suppliers, considering performance, compatibility, manufacturability, availability and cost.Contribute to the continuous improvement of industrialization processes, documentation practices and Technical Office workflows, with a focus on quality, efficiency and traceability.Ideal Background:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.Up to 3 years of experience in product industrialization, manufacturing engineering, mechanical design or Technical Office activities.Good proficiency in 3D CAD and 2D technical drawings, with knowledge of drawing standards, tolerances, BOMs and technical documentation.Good understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes, materials and component selection.Familiarity with machinery safety requirements and CE marking processes; knowledge of technical files and risk assessment is considered a plus.Previous exposure to testing, validation and troubleshooting in an industrial environment.Familiarity with industrial automation, electromechanical systems and supplier interaction is considered a plus.Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different technical functions.What we offer:Salary range: €30.000 – €35.000, depending on experienceFlexible working hours and smart workingOpportunity for career advancementFriendly, international and innovative work environmentContinuous learning and development opportunitiesCaracol is an equal opportunity employer.
