These products serve large-scale PV, BESS standalone, and hybrid projects designed to deliver electricity to the grid.Key responsibilities:Define and maintain the product roadmap for PPC and monitoring platform systems tailored to utility-scale projectsGather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders such as utilities, EPCs, project developers, and grid operatorsCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure product design, integration, and commissioning meet customer expectationsMonitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to keep the product line competitive and compliantProvide technical and commercial guidance throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing supportDrive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and performance data👤 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORRequired experience:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field (strongly preferred)Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management, product development, or technical sales within the PV, energy storage, or broader energy sectorGood knowledge of grid operator constraints and regulatory frameworks (grid codes) is an advantageRequired skills:Demonstrated understanding of utility-scale solar or hybrid projects, including control systems, industrial protocols (IEC104, IEC61850, Modbus…), SCADA architectures, and grid integration requirementsProven track record working on software development topics, defining product strategies, roadmaps and requirements, and leading cross-functional teams through the product lifecycleFamiliarity with international renewable energy market trends, regulatory standards, and utility-scale customer needsFluent English required — French is a strong plus — additional languages (Spanish, Italian) are an advantageSoft skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent project management and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across engineering, sales, and customer-facing teamsJoin a fast-growing French scale-up at the heart of the global energy transition!
