About The RoleJoin a small, high-caliber founding team at a Berlin-based AI-native fintech company building autonomous agent workflows for private market operations. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll own technical delivery end-to-end — from discovery sessions with fund accounting and operations teams through to production launch — and feed real-world deployment insights directly back into the core product.This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role at the intersection of AI systems, financial operations, and rapid product iteration.
