The team’s mission is to empower our Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), and Fraud Operations functions by building the tools and workflows they rely on daily. Key responsibilities include architecting and building regulatory monitoring capabilities connected to the Scalable banking platform, enabling effective alert handling and block management, and developing case management solutions that support efficient investigation and resolution.In this role, you will build world class capabilities on our operations platform as well as client-facing journeys around the team domain. You will help build and improve the technical foundations needed to operate these systems securely and reliably in a regulated environment.A big part of this role requires a strong product mindset: you will move fast to ship high-impact features while maintaining a rigorous platform standard required in a regulated banking environment.
