SAP SuccessFactors HR Business Analyst | Position Management Implementation | Major Dutch BankA major Dutch bank is looking for an HR Business Analyst / Business Developer to join its HR IT team and shape the employee experience through SAP SuccessFactors. You will work across Learning, Succession and Performance Management, with a key focus in the coming period on implementing Position Management. It is a role for someone who understands HR processes from the inside and enjoys turning stakeholder needs into practical system solutions.About the roleYou will be the link between HR colleagues, SaaS suppliers and IT partners, gathering requirements and improving existing HR processes within SuccessFactors. Alongside project work on Position Management, you will support day-to-day run activities and help manage IT changes within the HR department. The role is full-time (36 hours) from 1 January 2027, with a gradual buildup in the remainder of 2026 possible and preferred.
