Our compensation policies are designed to allow our people to progress through our defined salary range over time as they progress in their role.Your Role – Senior GenAI EngineerDesign and implement scalable and production ready Python applications focusing on GenAI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector searching, to enhance data processing and document search capabilitiesEmploy innovative methods for document chunking and embedding to achieve optimal search performance and relevanceIdeally develop intuitive user interfaces using Angular or ReactIdeally maintain deployment artifacts based on Docker, Terraform and GitHub actionsWork within a cross-functional team to integrate GenAI technologies into applications, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomesWork closely with stakeholders to understand client needs and project requirements, translating them into technical specifications and innovative solutionsEnsure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, maintaining high standards of quality and security in all development activitiesSkills And Expertise5+ years experience in writing enterprise-grade scalable Python applications, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions1+ year in developing and deploying client solutions supported by GenAI technologiesExpertise in the application of large language models and vector search technologies, with the ability to apply these tools to solve complex data retrieval and analysis challengesDemonstrated experience in applying different architectures and methodologies to extract, chunk, and embed unstructured data for optimal search results, showcasing a deep understanding of data processing and optimization techniques for GenAI retrievalDemonstrated experience in applying various approaches to avoid “false positives” during retrieval processProficiency in frontend development using Angular or React is considered a plus, with the ability to create engaging user interfaces that complement AI-powered applicationsFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure management and deployment (Docker, Terraform, Github Actions) is considered a plusFamiliarity with Azure infrastructure (networking resources, monitoring and observability) is considered plusExcellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative approach to overcoming technical challenges and delivering solutions that meet client needs and project objectivesStrong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in a team environment and interacting with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progressYour Hiring Journey✅ Screening Call – Introductory chat with our recruiter✅ Technical Interviews (1-2 rounds, depending on the project) – Discuss your skills with our experienced Capco colleagues✅ Feedback & Offer – Receive an offer to join our team!Why Capco?
