Change the way the world travelsJoin the GetYourGuide journey to connect people with unforgettable travel experiences around the world. Millions look to us for unique activities they can trust, and it’s all powered by our commitment to make every single journey extraordinary - including yours.Ready to unlock your potential with a community of fellow explorers? Find your next role at our Berlin HQ or one of our local offices around the globe, from New York to Bangkok. Head to getyourguide.careers to take the first step.Team missionThe Louvre. Sagrada Família. The Colosseum. Broadway. Disneyland. The world's 1,000 most visited attractions are where travel intent is highest, where competition is fiercest, and where roughly a third of our business happens. They are also where the marketplace game is changing fastest: vertical specialists compete on price and UX, attractions build their own direct channels, and agentic commerce is turning "get me tickets for tomorrow" into a one-line request. Our ambition is to be the winning marketplace at every one of these places, and the partner of choice for the institutions behind them. We're looking for an exceptional leader to own this mission end to end: the strategy, the team, the partnerships, and the results for Attractions and Ticketed Experiences (entrance tickets, theme parks, shows and live events), based in Berlin with regular travel to partners and our local offices.Reporting directly to the VP Supply and Sales, you'll run one of GetYourGuide's core strategic initiatives, setting its direction in the annual strategy process and owning its targets in front of the executive team, with an organisation of roughly 25 reporting to you. But winning at the world's biggest attractions is never a supply-only problem: a direct contract with a museum only pays off if Product merchandises the tickets well, Marketing wins the search moment, Tech keeps the connection live, and Pricing keeps us competitive. You'll be the single owner who brings those functions together around one plan and one outcome, shaping roadmaps you don't control and building conviction across the executive team. We're looking for someone who is as comfortable being a senior strategic individual contributor as they are leading leaders, and who knows when each is needed.Your missionOwn the multi-year strategy and results for Attractions and Ticketed Experiences, from the winning aspiration to quarterly targets, reporting progress to the executive team and board-level forumsBring Product, Marketing, Tech, Pricing and Sales together around one plan, aligning roadmaps and resolving trade-offs across functions that don't report to youLead enterprise sales and key account motions, personally negotiating direct relationships with the world's most iconic heritage institutions, museums, theme parks and live-event operatorsDrive innovative commercial models to unlock our most strategic partnerships: exclusive allotments, multi-year agreements, co-funded campaigns and principal-model deals, and build out our Cultural Affairs playbook for government-owned and hard-to-reach venuesOwn the levers that keep us competitive where inventory is scarce: availability solutions for daily-sellout attractions, price parity, connectivity, and our vertically integrated operations at select flagship sitesLead and develop a multi-layered team built around senior team leads, while representing GetYourGuide as a thought leader with top attractions, at industry conferences and on stage at our supplier summitsYour toolkit10+ years running a business or business unit, not just a function, in a high-growth marketplace, SaaS, OTA, or travel-tech, including 5+ years leading leaders and growing multi-layered teams of 20 or moreDemonstrated success leading cross-functional programs where Product, Marketing and Tech didn't report to you, aligning roadmaps and delivering joint outcomes through influence rather than authorityOutstanding stakeholder management at executive level; you build conviction with data and a clear thesis, and make peers better rather than working around themHands-on experience closing and managing complex enterprise partnerships, with a solid grasp of supply economics: allocation, breakage risk, net rates, parity and connectivityFluency across product roadmaps, marketing ROAS and supplier P&Ls, and comfort writing the memo that sets direction and then sitting with a national museum director to make it realEntrepreneurial and low-ego, based in Berlin or willing to relocate, with roughly 20% travel to local offices and partnersExtras that give you an edgePrior experience as a Director, General Manager or category/business unit owner in a marketplaceEarlier background in top-tier consulting followed by an operating roleDeep understanding of the attractions, ticketing or live-entertainment industry and its competitive landscapeExperience with cultural institutions, public-sector or government-owned venuesGerman or other European language skillsHow We’ll Make Your Career Journey ExtraordinaryAnnual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and developmentWork from anywhere in the world for 30 days per yearA hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time.
