Start date By agreement Contract type full-time Job description, responsibilities and duties Position SummaryThe Head of In-House Graphic Design Team is responsible for leading, developing, and transforming the organization's internal creative function to deliver high-quality visual communication across all business units, brands, channels, and markets.This role combines strategic creative leadership, operational excellence, talent development, and innovation management. The position oversees the design team, establishes creative standards and governance, drives brand consistency, and ensures efficient delivery of creative assets that support business objectives.A key responsibility is leading the organization's adoption of modern AI-powered design technologies and workflows.
