Process Excellence Specialist (Salsify & Aprimo) Location: Hybrid / Remote within Europe Contract: Interim / Freelance / Fixed-Term Contract Industry: Consumer Goods / Digital Commerce About the Role We are looking for a Process Excellence Specialist to support the global rollout of a Product Content Management ecosystem centered around Salsify (PXM) and Aprimo (DAM). You will play a key role in helping business teams adopt new global processes and tools that enable the creation, enrichment, management, and distribution of high-quality product information and digital assets across multiple markets. This is a highly collaborative role working at the intersection of business processes, technology, data governance, and change management. You will partner with global process owners, deployment teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working. What You'll Be Doing Support Testing & Quality AssuranceExecute and support SIT and UAT activities across multiple rollout waves.Guide business users through test scenarios and business processes.Troubleshoot issues by identifying whether challenges are related to process, user understanding, or system functionality.Review and challenge existing test cases and business processes when improvements can be identified.Contribute to continuous process optimization through testing feedback and user insights.Provide Functional ExpertiseAct as a subject matter expert for Salsify and related product content processes.Support users in areas such as:Product enrichmentTaxonomy and data structuresProduct hierarchies and inheritanceMultilingual product contentData quality and governanceRetailer requirements and syndicationSupport digital asset management processes within Aprimo including:Asset ingestionMetadata managementAsset governanceReuse and lifecycle managementCollaboration with external agenciesDrive Business AdoptionPromote adoption of global processes and templates across local markets.Help stakeholders understand the benefits of standardized ways of working.Gather user feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement.Support deployment teams during market rollouts and transition activities.Act as a trusted advisor to business users throughout the change journey.Support End Users & TrainingAnswer day-to-day functional questions from business users.Support training activities and knowledge-sharing sessions.Help users navigate the applications and understand global processes.Ensure users are equipped to work effectively within the new content management ecosystem.What We're Looking For Essential ExperienceHands-on experience working with Salsify.Experience within PXM, PIM, Product Content Management, or Product Information Management environments.Strong understanding of:Product data managementProduct enrichmentTaxonomy and metadataProduct content governanceSyndication and retailer requirementsExperience supporting UAT, SIT, business testing, or rollout activities.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and work independently.Preferred ExperienceExperience with Aprimo or another Digital Asset Management platform.Knowledge of digital asset governance, metadata management, and content operations.Experience supporting global transformations or process improvement initiatives.Exposure to Consumer Goods, Retail, E-commerce, or Digital Commerce environments.Understanding of AI-enabled content capabilities such as:Automated taggingMetadata generationAsset recognitionContent validation and quality checksWhat Success Looks Like You will help ensure that high-quality product information and digital assets are governed, enriched, and distributed effectively while enabling business users across multiple markets to successfully adopt new global processes and tools.
