We are seeking a Senior Design/Developer to act as the design and front-end technicallead for client facing Portals. This is a hybrid role combining UX ownership(requirements-to-prototype, design system governance) with hands-on senior front-endengineering leadership. The ideal candidate translates ambiguous businessrequirements into validated, high-fidelity prototypes, then leads (and codes alongside)the mid-level development team to deliver pixel-accurate, accessible, enterprise-gradeportal experiences.What will your tasks involve?Own the requirements-to-prototype pipeline: run discovery with business/productstakeholders, produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelitydesigns.Define and enforce UI/UX standards, interaction patterns, and design systemusage across all TA Portal applications.Architect and build key React/TypeScript front-end components and shared UIlibraries, setting technical and design precedent for the team.Review pull requests and provide constructive, actionable feedback to mid-leveldevelopers on both design fidelity and code quality.Partner with backend/API teams to ensure front-end designs are technicallyfeasible within service and data constraints.Drive accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) and responsive design across allportal screens.Conduct usability testing/validation sessions and iterate designs based on userfeedback and analytics.Mentor mid-level UI/UX developers on both design thinking and React bestpractices.Participate in architecture/design governance reviews as design owner for theportal.What we expect from you?Expert-level proficiency in design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), includingcomponent libraries and design systems.Strong hands-on React.js + TypeScript development experience (componentarchitecture, state management, hooks).Demonstrated experience translating designs into production-quality, responsive,accessible UI.Familiarity with containerized application environments(Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift) and modern CI/CD pipelines.Strong stakeholder management — comfortable defending design decisions toboth business and engineering audiences.Experience reviewing code and providing technical/design feedback within ateam setting.Nice-to-Have: working knowledge of Java or .NET (for backend collaboration/awareness — nota core build requirement), experience with Micro Frontend architectures (Module Federation, single-spa), basic SQL/database knowledge, prior experience in financial services, fund administration, or transfer agencyplatforms.What you can expect from us?Contract StabilityHigh level of autonomy and independenceSenior role: The chance to act as a Senior Design / DeveloperParticipation in key projectsInternational collaboration: Building and cultivating partnerships across various business regionsEmployment agency entry number 47this job offer is intended for people over 18 years of age
