A Snapshot of Your Day You collaborate with business leaders, technology experts, and innovation stakeholders to shape the future direction of the Transformation of Industry organization. Your day includes evaluating emerging technologies, discussing innovation priorities, reviewing portfolio progress, and aligning technology roadmaps with strategic objectives. You facilitate governance and investment decisions, prepare updates for senior management, and engage with external partners such as start-ups and research institutions. Through a mix of strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and innovation leadership, you help ensure that innovation activities deliver measurable business value.How You’ll Make An ImpactDevelopment and continuous refinement of the innovation strategy aligned with organizational objectives and future growth opportunitiesIdentification and assessment of market trends, emerging technologies, and new business opportunities, including core, adjacent, and disruptive innovation areasLeadership of innovation portfolio planning, prioritization of initiatives, and management of funding, investment decisions, and stage-gate processesEstablishment and continuous improvement of innovation governance structures, decision-making frameworks, performance metrics, transparency, and risk management processesDevelopment and maintenance of short-, medium-, and long-term technology roadmaps and alignment of technology investments with strategic prioritiesStakeholder engagement and executive communication through collaboration with business leaders, technology experts, start-ups, research institutions, and senior managementWhat You BringMaster's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology Management, Innovation Management, or a related fieldRelevant professional experience with technologies related to the Transformation of Industry business and significant experience in innovation, strategy, trend analysis, foresight, or technology managementProven track record in developing innovation strategies, technology roadmaps, and leading complex transformation initiatives across functionsStrong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, executive presentation, and business acumen skillsExperience in complex project management, change management, organizational transformation, and influencing decision-making across diverse stakeholder groupsTeam-oriented mindset with initiative, delivery focus, leadership impact, and the ability to drive collaboration and innovation adoption across the organizationAbout The TeamOur Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
