Contract type : CDIStarting from : October 2026As Solution Manager IT – Back Office, you will play a key role in driving our Back-Office IT activities and projects, translating business needs into sustainable and effective technology solutions. You will lead the team and coordinate resources and priorities to ensure the project portfolio is fully aligned with the IT roadmap and business ambitions.MISSIONSTeam ManagementManage the Back-office IT Team (externals IT resources and solution partners)Organize and adapt the Back-office IT Team depending on priorities, projects and budget allocationAnimate the team to ensure their efficiency delivering valueProgram ManagementManage the Back-office IT Team and coordinate Finance, HR and Legal roadmap with the business team.Define and follow the technical integration of the Back-office tools to all Christian Louboutin systems.Challenge and advise the business and technical teams from the discovery to the run phase.Identify the program risks and remediation plan within a risk management approach.Ensure the service quality and improvement of support (Documentation, processes, KPI, SLA, SLO)Product OwnershipOwn and communicate the product vision, objectives and roadmap for the Back-office solution portfolioCollect, challenge and prioritize business needs in line with value, risks, dependencies and delivery capacityBuild, challenge and define Back-office IT team commitment (based on velocity, estimates and capacity)Define and maintain the product backlog, including epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria Act as the interface between business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, security teams and solution partnersDefine expected outcomes, validate delivered features and monitor product adoption, user satisfaction and business valueCoordinate releases and lifecycle decisions while ensuring operational readiness, documentation and continuous improvementArchitecture & SecurityChallenge and control the functional and technical architecture processes & flowsPropose and validate architectural intentions with the design authority committeeDefine with the CISO, and implement the security prerequisites (PCI, GDPR… )Ensure the respect of processes, documentation and tests for Change Advisory Board validationEXPERIENCE, TECHNOLOGY & SKILLSExperience : 8+ years of work experience with a strong project management skillsTechnologyPrimary: HRIS solutions, Contract Lyfe Cycle tool, Finance tools such as Basware, Travel & Expenses tool SkillsProject & People Management, IT/Business relationship, Agile Framework (SAFe), IS ArchitectureProduct vision, roadmap definition and value-driven prioritizationBacklog management, user story writing and acceptance criteria definitionStakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation and clear decision-makingBusiness process analysis, customer-centric mindset and data-informed decision-makingKnowledge of Agile product delivery practices, discovery techniques and product performance indicatorsLanguagesFrench, EnglishCompensation: €65,000 – €70,000 brut per annum, depending on profile and experience.At equal qualifications, priority will be given to candidates recognized as beneficiaries under the disability employment obligation.Our business and our Values:Christian Louboutin opened his first boutique in Paris in 1992.
