The company changes this fundamentally with a system that understands enterprise landscapes bottom-up and reasons at machine scale, already trusted by major enterprise names across industry.What you’ll do - Design and deploy complex, multi-agent workflows and LLM evaluation harnesses using Python, Kotlin (Spring Boot), and TypeScript (React/Next.js). - Bridge the gap between engineering and product by sitting on customer calls and running rapid user testing sessions to shape the roadmap. - Craft intuitive user interfaces that translate complex AI-driven data structures into clear, actionable dashboards. - Take full operational responsibility for the health and performance of shipped code in production. - Build, test, and benchmark proprietary AI agents against expert human baselines to ensure enterprise-grade accuracy.Who this is a fit for - Built and shipped production software for 3–6 years, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments. - Hands-on experience building agentic systems or complex LLM workflows (including side projects), with a focus on tools and evaluations. - Develops daily using AI-native coding workflows and tools like Cursor and Claude to ship code faster. - Strong full-stack capabilities across Kotlin (JVM), TypeScript, and Python. - A sharp eye for UI/UX design and deep empathy for the end-user’s experience. - Based in Europe, ready to work hybrid in Berlin, with fluent English (German is a strong plus).Culture A highly collaborative, fast-moving team of 11 working hybrid in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg. Decisions are rapid and low-friction, made at the whiteboard rather than in long meetings.
