Job description:The Process Automation Intern supports the team in identifying, analyzing and implementing automation solutions aimed at improving efficiency and process quality.The role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with automation and AI technologies such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot, while contributing to automation initiatives and learning business process management practices.Profile description:Role and duty – core business Support the development and testing of automation workflows using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform tools Support the development and testing of AI agents using UiPath and Microsoft Copilot Assist in documenting business processes, technical analyses, and automation requirements. Collaborate with business teams to analyze processes and assess the technical and economical automation feasibility Support the maintenance and monitoring of existing automations. Support the management of tickets opened by business users related to existing automations Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic issues related to automated processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation as well as AI-driven solutions Collaborate with HQ Robotics Team in case of issues/requests concerning the RPA infrastructure Support the preparation and maintenance of reports and dashboards for monitoring purposes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business process management Competences Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field Basic knowledge of automation and AI concepts Basic knowledge of Power Platform suite, in particular Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI Basic programming knowledge such as C#, .NET, Python, VB.NET, SQL Strong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and automation best practices Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and agile environment Proficiency of English in both written and oral form Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Ability to plan work Personal flairs Passion for technology and innovation Open mind and curious Analytical, detailed oriented and organized Commitment to high standard quality Motivated and proactive approach to problem solving We offer:• Hybrid internship• 6 months• € 1000/month + staff canteen
