• We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead the R&D in Cywareness. Working with Python, React, multiple DBs and hosted on the AWS cloud. This role requires both strong leadership and hands-on development skills. You will manage distributed teams based in Israel and abroad.• What You'll Do• Lead and mentor full-stack developers.• Take hands-on ownership of complex technical challenges and software architecture.• Develop, optimize, and maintain applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend).• Oversee both AWS cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.• Apply DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.• Manage code reviews, technical roadmaps, and sprint planning in an Agile/Scrum environment.• The Essentials• Proven experience as a Team Leader in a tech company, preferably in a startup.• Strong hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI) and React.• What You Bring• Solid understanding of AWS cloud services.• Knowledge of DevOps tools and methodologies (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, VPCs).• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.• Even Better If…• Implementing ML modules and integrating external AI services.• Familiarity with cybersecurity-related applications.• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
