We're hiring a Solutions Engineer for Primefold RI (Real Estate Intelligence)You'll turn customer needs into working solutions and own the technical side of the customer journey, from the first workshop to the first workflows teams use every day.What you'll do:Run discovery workshops with asset, investment, property management and IT teams, and turn their processes into a clear scope with measurable success criteriaBuild and deliver demos that show how RI supports real customer workSupport our sales team in scoping opportunitiesOwn the technical delivery of pilots and proofs of valueSet up customer workspaces, portfolio structures and document workflows together with customer ITWork with APIs, SharePoint and data exports, write scripts and build scoped integrationsCheck data, configuration and AI outputs against the source documentsRun onboarding and training, and turn implementations into reusable playbooksBring customer feedback to Product and EngineeringWhat you bring:3+ years in real estate, real estate consulting, PropTech implementation, solutions engineering or a similar role (experience inside an investment, asset or property management team is a big plus)Experience taking a software implementation or process improvement from discovery all the way to real useHands-on experience with APIs, authentication, data mapping and troubleshooting integrationsWorking knowledge of SQL and Python or JavaScript/TypeScriptPractical experience with AI tools and document workflows, including checking output qualityGood understanding of at least one core real estate workflow, like lease management, rent roll analysis, due diligence or investor reportingStrong German and English, written and spokenThe ability to work independently and handle several customer projects at onceNice to have: Microsoft 365, SharePoint and access controls, and experience building repeatable implementation processes in a growing software companyWhy Primefold?You'll shape how AI is used in complex business workflows and put it directly into customers' hands.
